Now I have been doing a lot on This years Blizzcon cosplay, Genn Greymane, let me update you!

This is a progression on how I made the goren eyes  and I'm super pleased with how it came out! I wanted some realistic eyes that would focus (In other words Not follow) I value the ability to make a costume character look where I want it to look, instead of having that based on viewer perspective. Don't get me wrong, following eyes can look great when you're posing to the camera. but for candid or action, or story type photo, it ruins things to be looking right at the camera.  

Anyways, I plan to make a youtube video on how to make these eye, as well as I plan to sell them in my etsy store.

i dunno, it just keeps going...

But life is good!   I've been married for almost two months, and I love it!  my aunt promises to get me my wedding pictures sometime next week, so i just have to be patient... i just can't wait to see them!

so Frostee and I bought a house to live in, we looked at renting but couldn't find anywhere to take us with our two big dogs niko: frosteefox.deviantart.com/art/… and sasha: frosteefox.deviantart.com/gall… the house we did find is perfect for us!  it's an older house, built in 1924, but it was well taken care of and has a new kitchen!  we love cooking together, especially trying to cook gourmet food like the Iron chefs (LOVE that show)  it has two bedrooms (one to sleep and one for my epic craft room!)  one bath, a small mud room/dog room, and a cellar thing(yay storage)  it's on a corner lot and we have a good sized back yard for the puppies.  the nieghborhood is great and we just love it here!

so this summer i tried to get an internship, i applied to a few places at the end of winter semester and didn't get any of them.  but a few weeks after getting back from our honeymoon, another intership appeared!  it was right up my alley so I applied.  the stupid thing is, our professors always tell us to have a professional sounding email, no soccergirl88 or echodragon's.  i had had one that was my maiden name, so i quickly made a new one with my new name.  I had thought that i had set up email forwarding correctly, but it didn't work.  so when they emailed me back, i had no idea, until i decided to check that account randomly.  but it was too late, the date for me to send back the animation test and the interview was already past.  it made me want to die.  but there must me some reason it happened, maybe a better opportunity is headed my way...

I really wanted some way to help contribute financially to our family, but i didn't want to get some fastfood job, were i couldn't use my creativity or increase my skills or where it would take up all my time and energy so i wouldn't have time to work on my portfolio, so i decided to open up my art commissions.  you can find more info about that here: www.furaffinity.net/journal/24… know it won't add much, but at least it'll help fund our fursuit projects.

speaking of which, we're going to Rainfurrest this year!  i'm working hard to complete my fursona suit, it's looking great!  and frostee is working on a suit too, but he wants to keep it secret for now. <3

For valentines day I want to tell you all about the love of my life and all that he means to me. <3

I met bryce through facebook nearly a year ago and let me tell you it has been the best year of my life!!  he is the best thing that has ever happened to me, and i'm so glad to spend my life with him.  

the first thing i noticed about bryce was his sultry voice.  he surprised me with a video showing me the zerg in the StarCraft 2 beta, after we had been emailing for a while: www.youtube.com/user/MyRaidVid… of all it was sweet of him show it to me and i was instantly attracted to his voice.  i am still love his voice, especially when he whispers sweet nothings in my ear <3

the next thing i notiticed was how much a gentleman bryce was and he still is!  from our first date he has opened every single door for me ^>^ it took me a little while to get used to letting him carry my bag, but now it is so sweet when he does.  it makes me feel special when he take me buy the hand to lead me through a crowd, or opens the car door and helps me step out ^>^

i love how supportive bryce is too, he doesn't put me down for any crazy ideas that i have, he gets excited with me! I was afraid I'd find someone who wouldn't support my hobbies, or me using and developing my talents.  My talents are important to me and I know I'm supposed to develop them and I know I can do lots of good with them.  the sphere that i live in forces me into a stereotype of getting married, instantly getting pregnant and being a stay at home mom for the rest of my life.  now, that's what i want to do eventually, but i feel it'd be a waste for me to not have a career for a while seeming as i am investing so much in school right now.  bryce understands that and feels the same way!  I'm grateful he is so supportive of me.

bryce is a very dedicated, hard-working person, he goes to school and works full time but still has time to make me feel loved.  we live more than an hour and a half apart and i don't have a car... he drives down every weekend to spend time with me!  on days that we can't see each other, he calls me during his breaks at work ^>^ he is so busy with school work and me that he doesn't have a lot of time for other things like entertainment for himself, sleep and sometimes food. i know that he'll never leave my side!

i love how well we communicate too! it's been a kind of long distance relationship the whole time we've been dating so we've really been able to build our kind of love on something other than just physical aspects.  bryce makes me super comfortable and i know he loves me so i have no problem talking to him about anything!  we talk through any misunderstandings that we have and it has really saved us from a lot of heartache.

so i love you babe!  thanks for being the best ever to me!  i am looking forward to a lifetime of valentines days with you <3

hey everyone!  its been a while since i've updated my journal, and i'm sad because that means that this journal lrdkazul.deviantart.com/journa… wont be on my front page anymore   

anyways, school is going good!  my class just started working on our senior film!  we are doing a story about the greatest hair dresser in the world!  sorry i can't give you many detail on the story but it is going to be hilarious   but i was selected to be the modeling lead!  that means i am in charge of getting all the characters, props, and environments built in the computer.  it is a lot of responsibility, but also an amazing opportunity. i'm so excited! i've already started to model the main character, estefan, and let me tell you, he is awesome!

i'm a little sick too, just a cold, but my nose is raw from blowing

in other news, wedding plans are going okay.  everything is coming together, but it is a little stressful trying to reign in my mother from going crazy.  yeaaaaah.... there is intresting conflicts going on with my mom and I.  one of the weirdest things is that she is altering my dress in a way that FORCES me to loose weight.  :/  i mean, i'm not over weight, so she is essentially asking me to shrink my hip bone.  *le sigh* oh well, she'll notice eventually.  i'm not to concerned though with all the planning, what ever happens it'll be the best day of my life i'll be married to the love of my life for time and all eternity

I hope youve all been enjoying all the uploads i've been submitting, i've got a goal to upload something at least every week this semester.  i'm doing good so far!  

but in sad news, i miss my fiance we are both busy and our schedules are almost opposite this semester.  well, not so much opposite, but enough off that the two hour drive to see each other can't happen. so we only get to see each other on Saturdays and Sundays.  but good thing is that we only have to do this for 3 1/2 months more.  then we will be living together   

and i can't wait for this weekend i get to spend the long weekend up there! i'll be spending the night at his parents house, but i'll get to see him all day saturday, sunday and monday ^^ yay!!

TL;DR: i'm modeling lead! wedding planning momzilla and i miss frostee
